How To Reach Yash Infotech Online Exam Center
Comprehensive location and transport guide
Nearest Airport
- Chaudhary Charan Singh International Airport (LKO): The Chaudhary Charan Singh International Airport (LKO) in Amausi is the primary airport, located approximately 22–25 km from the exam center. Depending on the traffic, the journey typically takes 50 to 70 minutes via the Amar Shaheed Path or the main city route.
- How to reach: The most efficient way to travel from the airport is by booking an Uber or Ola. Alternatively, you can take the Lucknow Metro from the Airport station to the IT College or Munshipulia station and then hire an auto-rickshaw to Keshav Nagar. Prepaid taxis are also available at the airport for a fixed fare.
Railway Station
- Lucknow City Railway Station: The Lucknow City Railway Station is the closest local station (approx. 5 km), but the primary railway station is Lucknow Charbagh (LKO), located roughly 11 km away. Mohibullapur Railway Station is also very close (approx. 3 km) for those coming via local passenger trains.
- How to reach: From Charbagh Station: This is the most likely arrival point. You can take a direct private auto for approximately ₹200–₹250. To save money, take the Metro from Charbagh to Vishwavidyalaya and then an auto.
Metro Station
- Nearest Metro Station: IT College Metro Station and Vishwavidyalaya Metro Station (Red Line) are the closest metro links, located roughly 6–7 km from the center.
- How to reach: From the metro station, you can easily find e-rickshaws (Totos) or shared auto-rickshaws heading towards Sitapur Road/Keshav Nagar. A private auto from the metro station should cost around ₹100–₹130, while a shared ride is much more budget-friendly at ₹20–₹30.
Bus Connectivity
- Nearest Bus Stop and Main Bus Stand: The Kaiserbagh Bus Stand is the main regional hub for North-bound buses, located about 8–9 km away. For long-distance travelers arriving from the Delhi/Agra side, the Alambagh ISBT is about 14 km away.
- Bus Routes: Local city buses and shared vans ply frequently on the Sitapur Road route. You should look for buses heading towards Engineering College or Bakshi Ka Talab (BKT). Get down at the Keshav Nagar More or Fazullaganj crossing, which is within a short walking distance or a brief e-rickshaw ride to the institute.
Local Taxi / Auto
- App-Based Services: Ola, Uber, and Rapido are highly reliable in this area. A Rapido bike taxi is a great way to navigate through the Sitapur Road traffic during peak morning hours.
- General Fares: Shared e-rickshaws are the most common way for locals to move around and usually charge ₹10–₹15 for short distances within Keshav Nagar.
