About Vijay Institute Online Examination Centre

Vijay Institute Online Examination Centre is a prominent digital assessment facility in Varanasi, often associated with the Dr. Vijay Institute of Education and Technology. Depending on your specific admit card, the center is usually located in the Bhandaha Kala area (near Kaithi) or the Mahavir Bazar (Ihnc) locality. If your center is the one in Bhandaha Kala (Kaithi), it is situated along the Varanasi-Gazipur Highway (NH-31). This location is famous for its proximity to the Markandey Mahadev Temple, a major spiritual landmark. If your center is the Mahavir Bazar branch, it is closer to the Azamgarh Road area. Always double-check the exact pin code on your hall ticket.

How To Reach Vijay Institute Online Examination Centre

Comprehensive location and transport guide

Nearest Airport

  • Lal Bahadur Shastri International Airport (VNS), Babatpur:
  • Distance: Approximately 35–40 km (for the Kaithi/Bhandaha Kala campus).
  • Travel Time: Roughly 1 hour to 1 hour 15 minutes.
  • How to reach: Hiring an Uber or Ola is the most reliable way to navigate the distance. If you are heading to the Kaithi area, it is better to take the Varanasi Ring Road to bypass city traffic.

Railway Station

  • Varanasi Junction (BSB): Located about 26 km away. Most long-distance trains stop here.
  • Rajwari Railway Station: This is a small local station very close to the center (approx. 3–4 km), but only local passenger trains stop here.
  • Aunrihar Junction (ARJ): About 10 km away. This is a better option if you are coming from the Gazipur or Mau side.
  • How to reach: From Varanasi Junction (Cantt), the most convenient way is to take a private auto-rickshaw or a cab. A private auto to Kaithi will cost approximately ₹400–₹600. Tell the driver: "Gazipur Road, Kaithi, Dr. Vijay Institute jana hai."

Metro Station

Metro Connectivity is Not Available in This Area

Bus Connectivity

  • Main Bus Stand: Varanasi Chaudhary Charan Singh Bus Stand (Cantt) is about 25–28 km away.
  • Nearest Local Stop: Kaithi Crossing or Markandey Mahadev Mod.
  • Bus Routes: Buses heading toward Gazipur from the Cantt area or the Golamber will pass through Kaithi. You can take a standard MSRTC bus or a private shuttle. Once you deboard at the Kaithi crossing, the institute is a short auto-rickshaw ride away.

Local Taxi / Auto

  • App-Based Services: Uber, Ola, and Rapido (Bike Taxi) are active in Varanasi. However, for a distance of 25+ km, drivers may occasionally ask for a little extra or "return fare."
  • Local Transport: For the Mahavir Bazar location, E-rickshaws (Totos) are very common. For the Kaithi/Bhandaha Kala location, you will need a petrol auto-rickshaw or a bus.

Location: Situated slightly inside the village area from the Azamgarh–Varanasi Road.
Essential Tip: Carry a printed admit card beforehand, as there are no cyber cafés or shops in the vicinity.
Experience: The centre offers a peaceful, pleasant environment with supportive staff to guide candidates through the entry process.
Note: Please be aware that there is no dedicated parking space at the venue.
SHWETA MAURYA — ★☆☆☆☆ (a year ago)
First of all, the road to reach the centre is not good, there is no parking facility, no water facility or place to stand outside,
There is an AC in the hall which does not work and the mouse also does not work properly.
Staffs are like inexperienced.
Deepanshu Singh — ★☆☆☆☆ (9 months ago)
No cyber cafe nearby, no shops nearby , a exam center in between the green /crop fields. Very young age invigilators and no sense of talking. Server is in good working condition and also systems are in good condition. Facilities nearby not available. If you reach 1 hour prior to centre then it's very hard to wait outside premises. No sitting place, drinking water not available.
Kirti Chaurasia — ★★★☆☆ (a year ago)
You will have to walk 10 mins off the main road to reach there ,ask locals to guide you to the institute. A single hall contained seats for ~300 students , just a single AC , too hot in summers , computer screens were not locked as anyone can get back to desktop, they forgot to distribute rough pages until one of the students reminded them ,but staffs were fine .
