From Bagdogra, you can book a prepaid taxi or an Uber/Ola (available in Siliguri) to the SNT Bus Stand, then take a shared or private cab to Gangtok. A private taxi from Bagdogra to Gangtok costs between ₹3,500 and ₹5,000.

  • New Jalpaiguri Junction (NJP): This is the main railway station, located about 120 km away. Travel Time: 4.5 to 5 hours by road
  • How to reach: Upon exiting NJP, you will find a massive taxi stand. You can opt for a private cab or a shared taxi.
